Registration Details

  • Date of Delivery — February 27-28, 2014
  • Cost — $100 Registration Fee for Workshop only before February 15, 2014 or $130 after that date.
  • Meals — includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on February 27th.
  • Field Trip — $50 Registration Fee for Field Trip (includes box lunch).

    We have reserved a block of rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Salt Lake City Airport, 5151 Wiley Post Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84116. Alternatively you may call directly at (801) 539-1515 and give the registration code (INP).

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation before February 20, 2014 with 10% handling fee will be accepted. After that date no cancellation accepted.
